I’ve been using this company for 4 months and they’ve always been so nice & accommodating! My insurance denied me for tirzepatide for my lupus (even after my primary & rheumatologist approved it) and I had no problems getting it here. It’s sent so quickly and I always have enough needles & wet wipes. Once my husband thought the needles weren’t there and they were going to rush them out, no questions asked, but he didn’t look fully for them. It’s nice to know a company still thinks of their customers 🖤 11/10 recommend them.

The customer service with this company is phenomenal on understanding the metric system on syringe units to use for the GLP medication.. very quick response on emails!!

Any time I reach out to polly with ANY questions for the drs or support staff they are so prompt, polite and fully help with me understand things and adjust my payments etc as needed. They are great honestly. Today in particular Fran helped me. She was so kind and helped me out immediately. Thanks so much Fran!
