Thank you for your honest review! We’re sorry for the initial stock confusion, especially when the item appeared available online. Inventory can sometimes move faster than the website can keep up, which is not ideal and definitely not the kind of “surprise feature” anyone wants after placing an order. That said, we’re glad our team was able to locate the item, arrange free shipping, and get everything moving for you at a great price. We also appreciate your feedback about delivery options for larger kitchen and bath items. Room-of-choice or inside delivery is something many customers value, and your comments are helpful as we continue improving the shopping and shipping experience at Kitchen & Bath Authority. Thank you again for your business!

Thank you so much for your review! We’re glad your sink is fantastic and that the packaging and shipping met your expectations. A great kitchen or bathroom sink deserves to arrive safely, not like it just survived a wrestling match with the delivery truck. We appreciate you choosing Kitchen & Bath Authority and hope the new sink looks perfect in your space!
