Fast good and communication

My 5 year old Toto toilet lost the small plastic cover on the left side of the Washlet. It looked really unsightly in our newly remodeled bathroom and after a fruitless search I was about to give up and buy a whole new Washlet when I called KB Authority and spoke with Benjie. He listened patiently as I explained the issue and gave him the model number. He sent me a schematic and I was able to identify the missing part. He searched for the cover and discovered it was obsolete and out of stock with their vendors, but was able to order it and in a little over a week the part arrived and was a perfect fit. I really appreciate Benjie’s great customer service and highly recommended Kitchen & Bath Authority.

I was in need of a replacement wand door and I was having a hard time finding it. I contacted KB Authority and they had it in my hands in three days after my order.

This unit was sold out everywhere and I really needed it for a project. Was super happy I found it here, reasonably priced, showed up in a timely manner, just really went well and I appreciate it.

The ease of ordering was so very helpful. When going through a bathroom remodel ot can be very stressful. Kb+a has sich a great selection on their website that we were able to order the upscale vanity and almost all the hardware directly with them. Pricing was extremely competitive saving us at least $500 on the James Martin vanity we ordered from them. Delivery was exceptional. The excellent packaging on all items ensured we didn't have to deal with replacement matters.

Fast shipping and accurate description

Finding the replacement part was fairly uneventful, ordering it was simple, prices were competitive with others sites I visited but the positive reviews from KBA were what made it a simple choice. Product came very quickly and in original Kohler packaging, installation went perfectly. Will DEFINITELY use KBA again in the future.
