The color of the Caps didn't quite…
The color of the Caps didn't quite match the image. I was expecting them to be more of the greener side. But, other than that. They are great.

Keys were horrible quality and melted
Keys were horrible quality and arrived melted. Received no help and no refund when I tried to resolve the problem. Never buying from here again :/

Our product description clearly states that the material is PBT, and "Blue and White Porcelain" refers to the keycap color scheme.

The keyboard is great
The keyboard is great and their customer service team is amazing! I was missing a key cap and they were kind enough to send it to me free of charge. Great service team. The keyboard is amazing and really made my work office more enjoyable.

I like this keyboard!
I like how the keys look and how there’s Japanese letters on them. I like the sound they make when I’m typing as well. The overall design of the keyboard is excellent.
