One star is too high. Bought a defective Kipon adapter. No reply despite 5 emails. Perhaps I can't complain about customer service if there is none?

Dismal Tech Support, just hope the products don't break, bought two adapters and stop working no help at all!

Misleading product listing and incorrect item delivered – Exercise caution! I ordered the "KIPON Baveyes Canon EF to Leica L 0.7x Focal Reducer" with AF contacts, as explicitly shown in the product photos and description. However, I was sent an outdated, non-functional model without any electronic contacts. Despite multiple emails, there was initially no response, and my previous review regarding this issue was simply deleted from the merchant's website. I feel misled, and given the poor communication and the delivery of the wrong product, I cannot recommend this shop under any circumstances.

I cannot agree enough with the previous comments. I had the same issues regarding postage. Arrogant refusal to follow up on a posting error that turned out to be the fault of a single representative via whatsapp - with no other options for customer service or escalation. This took a month to resolve by calling various depots in holland I am based in the UK. I am not on their pay roll and did not have time available to field this. The absolute condescension experienced in dealing with the contact at Kipon Benelux in the Netherlands was deeply unprofessional.

Ordered an adapter over a month ago, stating next day shipping on their website. I have received no communication from them apart from that the piece is being anodised and will ship in a week. That was 2.5 weeks agai and no reply to the 2 follow up emails I have written. I have now raised a formal complaint for the lack of an issued refund and am going through my payment provider to cancel the order. They do not communicate. They take your money, refuse to ship the products and then ignore your refund requests. I wanted to think they were good but this company is a scam. I’m opening a formal investigation with my lawyers in the UK

I bought a defective 500€ Kipon Baveyes P67–L 0.7x adapter (blue spot in highlights, documented by other users). Despite multiple attempts to contact Kipon, I received no response. Customer service is extremely bad, and product quality seems inconsistent. I strongly advise against buying from them.

Customer service experience for returning a product to their eBay store is severely lacking. Improvement is badly needed.
