KitReviews of kit.com

DO NOT GO WITH KIT AND THEIR "FREE" PLAN. I signed up and after DAYS of emails not going through; they reach out asking a million questions like I am filling out a mortgage application or something before they approve. NOW I HAVE TO PAY MY WORKERS FOR THE TIME THEY WASTED WITH YOUR APP. BE TRANSPARENT ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE PEOPLE WASTE THEIR TIME.

Kit provides tools that work for me. It's truly the only email platform I recommend. Yes, it does cost a little chunk of change, but you get what you pay for.

Very helpful when I have questions or need help

Overall, I love Kit. It is easy to use for someone without a programming background. The technical support and searchable knowledge base are fantastic. I gave a four-star review because some key account navigation and reporting features could be more robust.

We moved over from MailChimp, best move we've ever made. This platform offers so much and is so easy to use and work with.

Easy to use, yet accurate and powerful. Constantly evolving in a positive manner. It's far more than just an email handler for me, it's a super-charged creative marketing system which is still creative customer and email recipient focused.

What I love about Kit is how it constantly pushes the envelope with new features. It's like I think to myself "wouldn't it be great if Kit did ____?" and then suddenly, there's a sparkly new feature that does just that!

Incredibly supportive - quick responses to questions & not just from the AI support function! Super easy to navigate and work with - and I love the concept of there being a network of creators all supporting each other.
