Kramer Cremation was excellent at communicating the cremation and death certificate process. They kept me informed all along the way. They accidentally charged me twice on my credit card but were extremely prompt in issuing a credit. I have used them twice and each time they have been responsive and compassionate!

Kramer cremated my mom Deana Flores and made the experience comforting and quick. They helped so much during this hard time and I was very happy with the care they gave my mother. I give them a five star rating.
