HAD ALL ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS.

Through the whole process of having my beloved 37 year old son, Miles, cremated... Kramer Family Cremation kept me well informed. I went to the facility to be "near" my son during the actual cremation and I met Kayla and Dave (not Kramer family members) but both have worked there a long time. I totally found that my son's body had been treated with loving care. Very personal service! You are not a number. They took as long as I needed to talk with me and answer any questions that I had. When I walked out the door, I felt like they loved me, too. Jean McClenathen

This was such a difficult time for me. Losing my husband after his 3 plus years fighting cancer. My sister in law took on the task of finding a mortuary. She called around and was impressed with the kindness and information she got here. Everyone was kind, helpful and made the process easy for us. I was kept informed daily. Everyone i dealt with was helpful and understanding.

The ease to work through the process was wonderful. Very none evasive and simple.
