All individuals we have spoken to and/or met have been very personable and kind. They have made a en extremely hard time a little bit easier to work through.

Oh my god, what a blessing. My fur baby boy passed two days after an illness and Kramer was so patient, even waited for us since we got there a little after drop off hours. It was affordable and thank you so much for taking care of my boy. I miss him so much. I highly recommend them.

The process was very smooth and the team was great

Kramer was very fast with getting back to us with questions and answers we had.

Everyone was very friendly and the process was as easy as it could be
