Customer Service contacted me to confirm measurement and manufactured trifocals, which not all lens manufacturers will do. Job well done.

Very happy with Lensfactory as they put my new lense prescription in my own frames. Fit great. Can see great again and very good timing and price! Happy client! Will use them again soon.

Lensfactory said it would take 30 business days (6 weeks) to process my lenses, it only took 4 regular (7 day) weeks to receive, process and return my glasses to me. What great service. I am completely satisfied with the end product quality work and accurate prescription. I will be returning to Lensfactory in the future. Thank you Lensfactory!

Hello! We're glad we were able to exceed your expectations! Unfortunately, the glass process does take considerably longer than plastic or polycarbonate. If you're willing to wait though, glass can provide superior clarity above it's plastic and polycarbonate cousins!

I couldn't be happier or satisfied with my glasses. I hated to throw these frames away and I was right, they are perfect sunglasses!

Thanks for the great review! We love when our clients are able to upcycle their frames and get more use out of the investment they made in them!
