Was sceptical of a mail order service for lens replacement and with progressive was sure I would have problems. Well, I am totally surprised and the quality and service is outstanding.

Thank you for the glasses. I Love them! I only wish I would have had them made DARKER! It's so hard to tell how dark the tint is by looking at the photo. I elected the Brown Tint which is Beautiful, but not as dark as I expected. Wish I selected x's 3. Thank you Andrea

I absolutely love my new glasses with glass lenses. I was getting tired of plastic lenses scratching despite my best efforts to keep them in pristine condition. I decided to buy glass lenses and my optician quoted me 400$. I kept digging and found LensFactory. My optician kept warning me about glass lenses being extremely heavy but when I received my glasses, I was surprised at how light these were. And the best thing is that I paid half the price of what my local optician was asking. I'll definitely buy glass lenses again from LensFactory. I call them. They listen to my needs. Instruct me as to what they need and how to get it to them. I do as they ask and without question they provide a reliable product at a reasonable price in a timely manner. I know what to expect and don't have to waste time and money searching around for an alternative eye glass provider.
