Do what they say, say what they do. Glasses have worked great. On my 4th pair from them including shades and sports goggles.

There was an issue with the first lens, LensFactory promptly and cheerfully re-made the lenses. They are great. This is our third pair of lenses and we figure we saved around 60% vs our eye doctor's retail.
