I can only recommend to buy your lenses at Lensfactory. The customer service is phenomenal, especially Andrea Simmons. She is the best customer service agent ever!!! I had a big issue with the delivery of lenses and it was MY fault and she was always very nice and patient and found customerfriendly solutions.

Had new lenses put into my own frames. Turnaround was 12-14 days. The end product is fine. A pair of sunglasses the tint was not as dark as I would have liked. It was hard to tell on the purchasing screen what the colors and tints really were. Overall I'm satisfied but not thrilled.

I couldn't find class lenses locally so I searched the Internet and found LensFactory. Everything was perfect about the recent transaction: customer service, quality of work, ease of transaction. I am definitely a new fan and will order more in the future.
