My experience was great due to the explanation about the product I was interested in, by the customer service person. She walked me through and explained the process and how long it would take from sending and receiving my order back.

This is to amend previous review where new lenses did not improve vision. We discovered I'd submitted an old prescription by mistake. Company didn't notice my mistake and wants to replace lenses with new prescription. Thank you Lens Factory.

I was pleasantly surprised with the lenses that you furnished me with. The yellow tinting is delightful and the transition goes from clear yellow to very dark. Most helpful in the Arizona Sun. My prescription seems to be spot on. I wear my glasses daily with great comfort.
