Great lenses, excellent customer service

I got perfect new lenses in a very reasonable time. If the quality holds up, I would do this again for sure.

My first time using LensFactory and probably the last. After two weeks of sending my frames in, with no contact from them whatsoever, I called in on a Friday to get an update and they told me there was "an issue" with my lenses and that they had to start over so they'll rush it and send it out by mid-following week. That didn't happen. I called in again the following Friday and they said it's not ready yet. It's been a month now and I have no idea what's happening with my frames or how long it's gonna take. They never bother to call me with any updates to keep me posted. It's always me calling them and their excuse is always generic with no actual details about my order. I still don't have my frames back as we speak. I would not recommend these guys

I was very surprised when my glasses arrived in the mail 5 days ahead of time. The finished product was perfect. I will continue to use lens factory in the future.

Everything went as smoothly as expected - door to door the process took 3-4 weeks, from receiving the mailing kit to receiving the completed lenses. Every time I wrote to them with a question I received a helpful response promptly.

For years I've been dealing with scratched lenses. Finally I couldn't take it anymore and did a search and came across a message thread on the website Reddit where LensFactory was recommended. With the good outcomes for the people on the message board, I decided to give it a shot. Part of me feared that I would never see my glasses again. When they arrived with their new, scratch-less lenses, it was a great relief. I love the crystal clear vision I get with these lenses. I do wish that I had gotten the anti-glare option. With such clear lenses, there is a glare that is a bit bothersome. Also, my frames are very lightweight so they are constantly falling down since the new lenses are heavier. I ordered some anti-slip retainers that haven't arrived yet, Hoping they work. All in all, I most definitely recommended LensFactory. I'm so happy I saw that message thread on Reddit.
