Easy process: ship glasses you love but lens are old and scratched; wait maybe couple weeks and you get your favorite frames back, good as new. I’ve done this twice and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Much faster than promised. LensFactory is one of the few places where you can still get glass (rather than plastic) lenses. It’s often slower than getting common plastic lenses. Was much faster than expected this time.

There customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Have called and even chatted online. No one is will to give me any clarification as to how my lenses are coming and what kind of time frame is left before I receive them back.
