I have been using LensFactory for many years, and I used them again recently for two new frames and a re-frame. Their shipping system is easy and very helpful, and prices are good. Customer service is top notch, too. I had a glitch with a recent prescription and they were right on top of the issue to resolve it...no questions asked. I'm so glad I found LensFactory when I did!

Ordered the mail package, never received it. Finally just sent my glasses through the post office. Not refunded the mailing fee. It's been over a week since return shipment email received and they still have not arrived. Sent numerous emails, each one extending the estimated delivery date. Will never use this company again.
