Liquidation.com Declined Legit Dispute
I purchased a lot from Liquidation.com that was advertised with a 2% variance allowance, which is reasonable. However, when the shipment arrived, I was shocked to find over 35 damaged items out of just 94 total—that’s nearly 40%, not 2%. Many of the items were non-functional, broken, or completely unusable, even though the auction description implied they were in better condition. I filed a dispute with clear documentation and photos, but Liquidation.com declined it without a meaningful explanation. Their response felt like a canned message and didn’t address any of the evidence I provided. Because they refused to honor their own terms, I was forced to file a chargeback through my credit card company. This is not how business should be done. Warning to other buyers: There’s no real seller review system on this platform, and the “Buyer Protection” policy is more of a suggestion than a guarantee. Be extremely cautious—you’re taking a big risk when buying here.
