same as everyone I ordered product mid may for my son per his request and never got a thing. unbelievable.

Ordered a power bank from this company and never received it after getting emails that said it was shipped. To make matters worse they don’t answer any emails or calls. A complete scam!!!

Ordered the product in May but it never arrived. I chased it up and received multiple apology emails but these too eventually stopped and still no product. 100% scam company.

Do NOT order! Definite scam! Experience is much like everyone else on here. Ordered three units on May 18th. After multiple emails to these people I still do not have the product. Their response to my intial email was much like everyone else. “We apologize for delay. New container just arrived & your order will ship 6/15.” I waited... nothing. Reached back out early July; ghosted. Should have known it was b.s. They basically auto response you until it’s too late to dispute the charges & then you never hear from them again. I’m in the process of attempting to get a refund via my bank. That also has become a process despite multiple banking customer complaints & proof of scam. Saw the add on Facebook & would love them to take some form of accountability for advertising these scammers.

I paid for a PowerBank 5/24/2020. Five days later, I received an email, “apologizing for the delay in the shipment,” and when the item ships, I will receive tracking information. Up-to-date, I have not received my item. I have sent multiple emails and have gotten no reply. I initially intended not to purchase because they did not accept PayPal, so I felt I was not protected. However, I took the chance-will never do that again. I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back.

SCAMMERS! I ordered on May 20 when they had ads everywhere and had reputable reviews online, and today is August 6, 2020 and have not received the items. I first corresponded with them after ordering on July 2, 2020 to which they said that I will be given tracking info when a shipment container has arrived. I believe that is the generic response they gave everyone. I messaged them again a week ago, and still no reply. I have requested for a refund of 3 power banks I ordered. I will no go through my bank to get my money back as the website is inexistent now.

Same as the rest of the complaints I bought a battery pack in June, got the order confirmation email, but after that nothing else. No response from them either. Saw the add from youtube
