i haven't received my product since May 28 /2020 ordered. they rely me in June that they will be shipping out my order on Jun 15 or Jun 16// Till date not received . No contact number for help line, No reply . I request if product not available please cancel and refund .. still no response till date .. Very sad and poor Customer service very irresponsible approach ....:-(

Ordered all the way back in March and have yet to receive anything. This company is a complete scam. Do not waste your money.

Bought a power bank from them on May 20th, 2020. Got an email saying I’d receive a tracking number in 5-7 days. A month later, around 6/11/20 they apologized quoting a “shipping container had finally arrived” and I would get my tracking number And product would ship June 15th or 16th. Nothing. Called my credit card company and got them to dispute it. DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM!!!

This company is a scam... I bought a Lit Wireless Solar PowerBank Type C × 1 from them on 25 May 2020. To date, I have not received anything. They are not answering their emails and now their website litsolar.com is 'not available'. Do not fall for this like I was

Made an order on the 21st May Received an order confirmation email but never received a delivery confirmation email I tried to contact them once and they have never replied Do not buy from this company, I wish I had researched more thoroughly

Ordered a fold out solar panel pack back in April, still have not received it. Sent an email to to order Suport and they were sending few emails back in early June about a shipping container getting getting held up because of Covid and I should be receiving a tracking number in a few weeks.. well that time has come and gone. Sent them another email and no replies... thieves! Calling my credit card company and reporting them as a fraud.

I ordered back in May and haven't heard from them since. It's a scam and their liars!!
