On 14 September 2026 I needed to convert a 2 page doc to word. I found these guys and paid 1 usd for the conversion. Account was debited. an Hour later account was debited with 1 usd again. Now 3 days later my acccount is suddenly debited with 40 usd stating that I have a recurring subscription. They subsequently agreed to refund me the 40 usd.. will what happens and edit review accordingly. Their promise of a refund was empty and devoid of any real intention. Upon enquiry, there was "A technical glitch" and my refund was re processed..... Will see what happens. They Eventually refunded me!!! Thanx a million!!!!

No problems using the conversion tool. Customer service is very prompt and sorted out my problem. I would recommend and use this company again.

£0.99 to make a pdf fine your lazy and don’t feel like doing it yourself thought it would be a cop out BUTT that single purchase then subscribes you to there life time subscription for £29.99 which will be taken 6 DAYS after your purchase just so you have time to forget about it and then you get trapped very scammy behaviour if you read this in the future just us most ai’s and they should be able to do everything they can do and more at least one isn’t scamming you for money and is only stealing your data to make itself smarter. But if you still wanna use this app just block in your bank then go to the cancel subscription option and once you try find it they will give you 50% off when you try to cancel.

Please be aware that this is a scam. Even if you never subscribed to anything, they will charge you $39.99. The image-to-PDF conversion quality is extremely poor and essentially useless. I only paid for a one-time image-to-PDF conversion.
