Sadly most people won't look at reviews until they are in the same situation, but I'm adding this now to join the collective. I paid 99p for a single job and a few days later £29.99 was taken from my paypal account for a subscription that I didn't agree to. In Paypal I clicked on "Report a problem" and there was an email address for an "Instant refund". I emailed them and luckily for me, the refund was in my account in a couple of minutes. I'm leaving a 1* review because these people know what they are doing. They know they are tricking people.

Im Hintergrund wurde daraus ohne transparente und deutliche Kennzeichnung sofort ein teures, wiederkehrendes Abonnement erstellt. Dieses Vorgehen ist absolut unlauter und irreführend für Verbraucher! Geld konnte ich glücklicherweise nur über den PayPal-Käuferschutz zurückfordern. Keine Empfehlung!

These are filthy criminal scammers. We should all unite to destroy them. They are playing games and circles with my refund. Some filthy person called Lisa. I will come back again. Contacted solicitors for collective case for all refunds if someone want to join Furthermore, they operate under cover called Healthgate which part l of this filthy work. I will be chasing this daily
