Do not touch this company. Very dodgy. We did not realise we had unwittingly signed up for monthly subscriptions of £29.99. They take a small amount of 99p then £1 first, then start taking the monthly amounts. We have no recollection of ever having signed up and have never used their services. Before we realised, they had taken over £200. Despite repeated emails to this Company they refuse to answer our queries, will not send us a copy of their returns policy and issue a stock response every time which is, that they will cancel our subscription and refund the last payment which should take 3 to 5 days. That was 2 weeks ago and they have still not refunded it! We had to cancel our card and block any further payments . It is now being looked into by the fraud department of our bank . Stay well clear of Makemepdf!

Its is a hidden subscription scam site. They refuse to give you the money back!

The experience was great, I just couldn't afford to keep it up. When I emailed to cancel my subscription it was dealt with fast and efficiently and with compassion too. A very easy and pleasing experience.

This is a scam operation. You pay £1.99 for a 5 day service. You get one document translated and then you have to buy more credits, in addition without prior notice they want to charge a £25 montly subscription. Steer well clear.
