The software reduces the size of the files significantly more than other versions

this company is a dodgy dumb useless scoundrel-based company, their support service is intentionaly vague and incoherent, they send repeats of messahges and dont repsect when a refund is due, they get money from heap of little one off charges that dont work. they offered me a lifetime mebership for $2 as i was cancelling the trial and so i paid that, then i went to use it again and it wpuldnt work so i endded up paying twice for the one off fee as it was offered t me despite having been logged on to the alleged lifetime member account, so i was due for 3 refunds then because it just would not work and thewy kept telling me they understand and theyh will refudn the last payment i made which was 1/3 of the fruitless payments i made to these rotten idiots.

Beware of this company and hidden subscription. I paid 99p for a single image and the next day had £29.99 taken from my account with other charges scheduled. Dealing with my bank and PayPal to block Healthgate (the operating company). At best they are guilty of very sharp and dubious practice. Shame because the quality of work is good, but preying on the elderly is not a good USP.

I. have had more recent contact with Makemepdf and would thank Lisa from support services for the help she gave me in cancelling subscription and issuing a refund promptly. She could not have been more helpful, was kind and understanding , explaining the service they provide so I and family would have no hesitation in using Makemepdf again.

Good quick solution to my urgent download & a reasonable cost ! I went over the 5 day cancelation subscription so it worked out expensive but my fault! Subscription easily cancelled via Lisa.
