Used as a trial- which was excellent- as needed urgent. Unfortunately due to unexpected circumstances hadn’t cancelled so was charged- customer service couldn’t be more helpful and issued a refund. Couldn’t ask for me.

Be careful! Paid £0.99 to use the service, then noticed this website charged the £0.99 and a few days later took a £29.99 subscription fee from my account, when I never signed up to any subscription service. Cancelled it immediately and requested a refund, their customer service told me a refund had been issued on two occasions which was untrue, ended up getting my money back through PayPal! Avoid! Also never received any confirmation of joining a subscription, scam!

Actually terrible. NEVER NEVER put your information on here! They charged me 50 dollars after only supposed to charge me 1.99. Then when I contacted them they apologized and said they would refund... it was a lie. I went 3 weeks with no refund, and when I reached out they ignored me. Then I reached out again a month later and they apologized saying they would do a refund right away. Instead of refunding me $50, they CHARGED ME ANOTHER $50.... I now am out $100 dollars with no reply from them. I had to shut off my card so they stop charging me. This is actually ridiculous and I am so frustrated!
