It was supposed to be a free PFD. I’m still waiting on a refund for a subscription I never signed up for. I have been charged 5 times,2 of which are international bank fees. Lisa keeps telling me my subscription has been cancelled and they will refund me$39.99. Total scam Lisa from customer service said they would issue a refund. That never happened. Scam scam scam

I must have accidentally signed up for a subscription, but the team reversed it when I explained the error. A good product for what I needed at the time (shrunken passport images) but I have no real use for monthly subs. Thanks all..

Customer service help me to cancel a subscription without any issue

Fast and cheap

Considerate and fast service!

SCAM Alert! The product works well, but the initial $0.99 charge is assumed to turn into a $39.99 subscription that you never intentionally signed up for.

This website has so many options for converting all kinds of files into editable formats. I was able to convert an image file into Excel quickly and efficiently. However, be mindful that you may automatically be subscribed to the plan so check your account status. Their customer service is very efficient and polite.
