I was charged for a subscription without warning. I am currently in the process of requesting a refund and will update the review as this progresses . I do not appreciate the trickery of this operation. It states use for a number of days without mentioning any subscription. It is very misleading!

⚠️ WARNING TO EVERYONE 🚨 Hidden recurring charges after what appears to be a one-time purchase. ‼️Very misleading billing practices. Poor pricing transparency. ‼️Fine print used to enroll customers into a $39 subscription. * Extremely difficult to notice until the charge appears. I paid for what was presented as a one-time PDF purchase, only to discover a $39 charge afterward. This is exactly the kind of billing practice customers should watch out for. Read every line before entering your card details. If you’re expecting a simple one-time payment, be extremely careful. I have requested a full refund. If it is not processed immediately, I will dispute the charge with my bank and report this billing practice to the appropriate consumer protection authorities and review platforms. Companies should earn customers through transparency..not through hidden recurring charges.

Took £29.99 out of my account without my authorisation , scammed like many others. Couldnt get back even through Paypal. Avoid at all costs

On the 26th June this Company withdrew £54.00 from my bank account without my authorisation or any notification. They said they will refund me but the money is not yet in my account. As for the software, in the end it was not needed. You can convert a png file into a jpeg file using Microsoft Paint for free - so in the end I have wasted my money and has caused unnecessary anxiety.

Had used Makemepdf for translating pdfs. Worked pretty well for me; but got charged extra for a service I did not subscribe to. When I wrote to them, the team was super responsive about it and got it sorted out the same evening. Thanks much 👍
