Immaculate customer service. After first five days they charged me for a subscription right away. I wrote an email to get a refund as I only used it for a few days and was not planning to use it now or later. They just e-mailed me that they will provide a refund. Most of the time getting refund is extremely hard with these types of subscriptions. I am very happy with the end result.

I mistakenly signed up for a subscription when all I wanted was short term access. Lisa of rhe support team helped immediately and cancelled the sub. My fault and her corrective action!
