The quick response is amazing! The doctors have been great as well.

Dr. was very professional, courteous and prompt. The only problem was he gave me a steroid for hives I was experiencing and it wasn't enough. Still had to go to urgent care 2 days later because I couldn't stand the itching anymore but I suffered because I kept wanting to give the steroid time to work. Dr. there gave me a medication for the itching and a stronger steroid, I felt the difference right away.

Intake was lengthier than I expected, but the experience was pleasant. Now that I have done that, I imagine the next experience will be much easier. The doctor returned my call within a very reasonable amount of time. Deducted a star, because the phone connection was terrible, and I hung up questioning if the discussion was as thorough as it could have been. Would use again, though.

Fast, easy and there when I needed it.

This is something that is very helpful to many people that cannot go to a doctors office, due to limited funds or time. As long as I’m upfront about what’s going on, I feel like the doctors listen and prescribe you something that would have taken a LOT more time and effort than an office visit. Thank you!

This worked a lot better than I thought it would. Doctor did speak really fast and was a bit hard to hear. Remember, we are sick when we call. Please don't rush us as we feel lousy!
