For the most part I like MD live for things that I could go to my pcp or urgent care. Except the last visit. I was bitten by a kitten. There was no rash, etc. All I needed was a prophylactic antibiotic because their bites pretty much close quickly and can result in an infection that a person isn't aware of. It's pretty ridiculous especially with uploading a picture to show the injury site. I was told to go to an... ER or Urgent Care. Seriously? In Philly? For a cat bite that doesn't show signs of infection to get something that should be something to get easily? (The doctor was like I'm not losing my job for this. And this was after he out me on hold to pick up his other line. I wasn't arguing with him etc. ) Like this is stupid.

I have had Strep Throat for about 3-4 days now. I went through the appointment application process and added a picture to help them with their diagnosis. Although it took longer than I expected to get an “immediate appointment” video call (waited 2.5 hours), I did get in contact with a doctor eventually. He listened to me talk about my symptoms and what I had done to try and alleviate them naturally without antibiotics (short 10 minute interview). He wrote up a prescription for me, sent it to the nearby pharmacy, and that was that. I know that it can be annoying to wait much longer than we were expecting, but I think most medical related places are short staffed and burnt out right now. I think showing some patience, kindness, and respect towards the doctors who serve you goes a long way. Thank you Dr. Lim for helping me out. I appreciate it a lot.

I need it help getting my medication "quickly 3"time's each time i was called back promptly" and was able to get my medication the next day.(olny reasonable questions were asked.)

I was very relieved to have a professional view my infected toenail and advise on what to do. Due to insurance I did have to go to hospital and get IV antibiotics before the nail was removed.

My only problem was my insurance company's customer service reps didn't know about the service. I only found out through some of the literature, which didn't tell me how to use it, so I played hell getting there. The service itself was wonderful.

It was a great experience. Quick and easy. My only complaint is that the provider prescribed a medicine that cost over $100. For a child with a cold this was a crazy amount of money for a medication to prescribe.

I was experiencing acterrible headache. I went on line and made an appointment to talk to a Doctor. Within a few minutes he called me back. I explained to him what was going on. Based on that he advised me to go to ER right away.
