Quick, easy and resolved my health issue

The ease of use of the service and avoiding a long wait at the doctor’s office have made this my primary choice from now on for non life-threatening situations. My doctor was compassionate, concise, and understanding. He sent my prescription immediately after the call, and my primary care physician cannot do that in even half that time normally. My only complaint would be that the CSR did tell me that a copay would be charged even if the doctor could not treat someone over the phone. I am on a limited budget, so I do feel the rate should be reduced if a doctor cannot provide a consultation via MDLIVE.
