I got a transport chair 9 years ago, I needed to replace it as there was a problem with the breaks, I got one through Medicare, they told me transport chairs didn’t come in 19 inches. I knew I had one but couldn’t convince them so I got the chair that was what they provided, which is not for me! I finally realized to investigate my old chair to see what make it was! So I went online and put the name of the chair online and I found what I was looking for! My original chair was given to me as a gift that I thought was through a non profit so I didn’t want to ask again. My husband has COPD and a regular wheelchair is too heavy, needless to say, I am so happy to have found the chair that will make our lives easier!

It is well made, all the prefabbed holes are correct. All hardware was there. Easy to assemble.

I ordered a Joern's Advance-E 340 Hoyer lift for my wife. The associate manning the chat window was very helpful regarding my questions about battery life and charging. I was even able to switch to speaking directly with him on the phone. After I had ordered the lift, MedMart, at my request, contacted the shipper to arrange for a smaller truck to access the small road we live on. When I received the product, I was not certain whether the unit was charging correctly as the manual was heavy on legal warnings and light on product usage. I sent a question by email to MedMart. A few minutes later I received an actual call from an actual knowledgeable tech support person! Wow! He walked me through what I was seeing on the charging display. Though in hindsight my question was probably silly, The representative was very courteous and professional and got me straightened out. Though I was not thrilled with the free sling included with the lift, I am very pleased with the lift itself. I also got a great sale price. Mostly, I was very impressed with the customer support that I received and will definitely choose to shop with MedMart again.

I started out with a chat. The agent answered all my questions without hesitation. I told her I was ready to order and she took my phone number and immediately called me. I forget her name, but she was extremely friendly! The whole transaction was quick and easy!

customer service number not working when pressing option. No information when I will receive my product.

You placed this order Friday morning the 28th approximately 3am and when you called it was Friday evening at almost 8pm. Our CS hours are 9-530EST Mon-Friday.
