Very disappointing experience. I ordered a 2-pack of 150W Moving Head DJ Lights (Order MemoryN6531) but received four small LED party lights instead. After I reported the issue, the seller acknowledged that the wrong product had been sent and advised that the matter had been escalated. Over the following two months, I sent multiple follow-up emails requesting either the correct products or a full refund. Unfortunately, neither was provided. The only compensation received was a token partial refund of around $1, while customer service continued to advise that the matter was under review. Very disappointing experience. While responses were polite, the issue was never properly resolved. I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.
