excellent service when I accidentally triggered my help alarm.

I am a 71 year old widow. I live alone. I had a stroke a year ago. I have never had any trouble getting information or help from Mobile Help. The personnel they have are very friendly and very helpful. I even received a new pendant because my old one had a weak battery. I didnt know but they did. That made me feel even safer.

Customer service is readily available and seems to be effective in solving problems.

The service technician was very patient and helpful. He helped me figure out why my mobile device was not changing and sent me a new wrist device. He was very concerned and efficient.

It's so important for me to know I can get help with the push of a button!

they keep up with what is happening with your equiptment and you and helps with what needs you may have with it. they are very helpful in many different ways to help keep you safe and healthy.

Lisa is amazing - knowledgeable and very persistent but not in a pushy way...in making sure we communicated with each other to get this set up for my Mom. I am a busy person and she worked with my crazy schedule - she is wonderful!

I don't have to worry as long as I have my tag with me wherever I go. I always make sure it is powered up everyday and make sure it is working correctly. So far I have not had to use it, but even so, I feel full protection if someone unexpected comes up. I also make sure all furniture is out of the way for causing falls or loosing my balance.
