hola desde ayer estoy haciendo un reclamo y no me mandan abosutamente ningun msj compre un dominio ayer donde el costo era de $5 .40 y me descontaron de la tarjeta 540 dolares a ver que solucion me dan para anular esa compra y efectuarla nuevamente por ahora la experiencia es pesima saludo s

I've been using Moniker for my domain services since I've been in business. The costs are very reasonable and I like the independence of owing my domains separate from my hosting service. The website and my account dashboard are very easy to use. Over the last 10 years I've never had a problem. The few times I've had a question for support they got back to me quickly. I highly recommend Moniker!

Due to my own oversight I had two of domains deleted due to an outdated credit card. Adrian at Moniker was more than courteous and was able to reinstate my domains within the hour. Great service, great company.

Moniker's payment page is impossible to understand. They charged my credit card for two years when I thought I was paying for one year. I am contesting this charge with my credit card company.

Great company, great service! Just transferred 25 domains over to these guys and it could not have been any easier. Fast, cost effective and much better service than my previous registrar. Their customer service team responded when I had a question and I set all domains up easily on auto renew so I don’t lose them like guy below. I think these guys are top notch and will continue doing business with them! Thanks, Chuck

This company is simply the worst company in the World. I had a domain name registred for many years and when I transfered to Moniker I lost the domain name because they stole it from my account. They did not allow the payment from my country (Portugal) and the domain name was stolen by Moniker. Very bad support and cheeky employees that does not respect you. Please do not buy, register or transfer anything to this "cancer" company.
