Order number MO21868: I ordered on 1st Dec and have had no information on delivery. This is a Christmas present for my son and is still listed as 'waiting information'. Your products look amazing and I was looking forward to surprising my son ..... I am beginning to think I will be giving him nothing but disappointment. Money is tight and it will be hard to find the funds to replace a gift that hasn't arrived even though it was ordered with enough time. Please update me on what is happening with this order.

Ordered item on 2 December 2025 with 10-15 shipping days to the UK. Downloaded Shop App but no updates, no confirmation of dispatch and judging by the other reviews am unlikely to get this in time for Christmas! Please refund my order #MO22254.

I placed an order (#MO18808) with this company on 11/28. Now it's 12/20 and I have no gift, no money, and no idea if the product I ordered will ever arrive. I've emailed them three times with no response, so I've been forced to initiate a dispute with my credit card company to claw my money back. Just a horrible, horrible experience. I don't know if these folks are outright scammers or it they're just run by a bunch of incompetent morons who decided to take the entire month of December off, but either way, the result is the same. If you're reading this review, don't even think of ordering something from them. Stay far, far away from these clowns.

Order MO22204 - I have written a review previously but have no way to reply to your reply to that to give you my order number. And you have not seen fit to reply to any of the emails I have sent so this seems the only way to get any response. Please cancel and refund my order- I have had to buy an alternative present for the intended recipient as I have lost all faith in this company.

I don’t recommend buying from this company!!!!! Regarding: #MO19196 Like all the other reviews here I ordered a product at the end of november for a Christmas gift. I was asked to download an app for the delivery status and tracking number. I did, but never received any updates on the delivery status. I finally wrote to costumer service. No reply but some days after I wrote, I suddenly got several updates on the package stating that it had been delivered 12 days ago and was now on the way back to the company. Without any messages or updates, and even though I constantly checked the tracking for the last three weeks. Now I just hope, I will get my refund. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!

My order MO17740, placed on November 26, 2025, has only been partially delivered (half). The Christmas gift my son really wanted is still listed as "ordered" and hasn't been shipped. My emails remain unanswered. I don't know what to do to get the package or a refund. The order status on the website is now "awaiting information." I cannot recommend this site (the package itself appears to be of good quality in terms of packaging).

I ordered on the 4th December. Today is the 19th. I Wrote several Mails and got no reply. No delivery and no Notification That Sommething might be on the way. I will refund my Money via Credit Card. Very poor service! Can not recommend it to Anyone.

Order: MO26014 I placed an order on December 8th with express shipping. I have yet to receive any correspondence from the company even after failed attempts to reach them. Upon doing more searching multiple people have had this issue with their orders. Often leading to the order never being fulfilled. I will personally be disputing this with my bank as fraudulent and will be reporting the website to the better business bureau in hopes to eliminate this problem for others in the future. To be a niche and small company is one thing, but to have improper management practices, poor customer service, and to be careless with other’s finances is another. ————— 12/22: I received my refund two days after I received an email stating my order was cancelled. Although, the promptness in that was appreciated, it still doesn’t make this whole situation okay. I truly hope this website gets taken down or at least maybe more people will see these reviews.
