Im so disappointed to get a notification that my items are just getting shipped today, ensuring they will not be here by Christmas. They are shipping several days after they were supposed to, and international shipping to boot. Ugh. I now have to scramble with only a few days to figure out new Santa gifts.

Adding after reply from Mostarle: There was also a magnet that was broken in pieces. My daughter tried gluing the head back on but it won’t stay. Possibly because of all the previous glue residue? Also, the model doesn’t stand up very sturdy..falls over. The overall idea of this concept was great but the execution was poorly done. While I appreciate the $20 refund and new parts it still won’t fix the instability of the model and disappointment as it was a gift from me for Christmas. Also, we haven’t opened the other one received and still haven’t received the dragon. Can we please get a full refund for these other 2 and I will return to you at your expense. Or at least a bigger discount to keep the other 2 if the third one arrives. I look forward to your quick reply and fully resolving this issue. Thank you. I ordered 3 of their products and they came one by one. Still waiting on the third. My daughter opened the first one (Nebula) and the light head was broken off and a screw missing and a part broken. I reached out and the response was very disappointing. Just glue it with crazy glue they said. No apology or how to help me return the other 2 that are unopened. I don’t want to open the other one received to see if it’s damaged as it says no refund if not in original box etc..these are not cheap. I certainly expected a better and more professional response. Hope they read this and at least give me some monetary compensation for this disappointing experience. The shipping takes way longer than advertised.

I placed order #MO21375 on December 1, with a delivery time of 12–15 business days. I received an order confirmation stating that I would be notified when the order was shipped. To date, I have received neither notification nor the goods. It is not possible to track the status of the shipment. I wrote to customer service, but I have not received a response. It is a Christmas gift for my son. Mostarle quickly took my money, but is not concerned about shipping the goods. This appears to be a scam.

It unfortunately looks like I’m in the same position as many on here. I placed my order on the 5th Dec for a Christmas gift. After sending email still no update. (MO24020).I’ve still not quite got to the 15 days but would have expected it to be on the way except the shop app shows still waiting. Please either get the gift to me in the next few days or process a refund? You need to improve communication. Considering my item was showing “In Stock” very disappointed.

I have placed an order (#MO19578) on the 28th of November and have yet to receive any information regarding the shipping and delivery of my parcel. It is now out of the 10-15 buisness day delivery time frame so I have emailed and contacted the company but have not yet had any response at this time.

Ordered 2 sets on Dec 4 for Christmas #MO23537. Received initial notification that ordered was received and could be tracked on Shop. Since then, there have been no updates and no responses to my emails. The shipping details have disappeared on Shop. Feel like I’m getting ripped off and now have to find substitute gifts (4 days before Christmas).

I ordered two kits on the 10th of December, and 11 days later, it still hasn’t been shipped yet. It has been radio silence since receiving my order confirmation, despite their website stating 10-15 days for shipping! When I contacted their support email, I got an automated response saying they’re facing high order volume with Christmas etc. I totally get that, but maybe sending an email to the customers before day 10 and without us worrying might be a better approach? Really poor communication on the whole. I also saw you cancelling a bunch of orders after getting bad reviews from your customers on here, please don’t cancel my order. I’d just like to know when order #MO26861 is due to arrive please. A spot of communication would go a long way

I received confirmation of my order and the money left my account. Since then I have had no communication from the company. I have emailed at least 5 times and have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement. This is a Christmas gift and it's obviously not going to arrive in time despite ordering on the 1st December. I am extremely disappointed and will now have to try and recover payment as well as sourcing a new gift. Wish me luck, I think I'm going to need it!
