MostarleReviews of mostarle.com

I am the proud recipient of 3 Mostarle puzzles. The butterfly, mayfly and dragonfly. I have finished the Mayfly and it is beautiful. Just finishing the butterfly and I will post pics! All of my puzzles were ordered late November and early December and they all arrived without an issue. Any questions I have had have been answered and most recently Iris has been very helpful regarding questions about ordering a spider. I just thought a positive review is needed as things are still operating and their products are beautiful. I am ordering the plasma spider now :) Happy 2026!

One of the employees helped me with my order, Iris! They were really nice, I’m looking forward to receive my product!

Lucky to have received my order judging by other reviews… however 1 pack of screws (x16) completely empty so can’t make it. Have messages but no reply.

I have had a very positive experience with this company, particularly the very kind customer service I received, from Iris :) Please give them a chance before reading all the negative reviews as they have been unexpectedly swamped with orders over the Christmas period and are doing all they can to get through it and make their customers happy. I can assure you that they are very much a REAL company and the products are unique and very, very cool.

Horrible company and customer service. Ordered at very beginning of December, shipping page said it would be processed within 1-3 days, and it still hasn’t shipped. After WEEKS of people constantly hounding them, they finally gave an “update” about shipping delays with no real answers for when our orders will actually ship. While I can completely understand Christmas time delays, the fact that it took weeks to address the issue, and they let people know merely DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS they weren’t getting their order is shameful. Another perplexing issue is people are saying they are trying to cancel their order but they can’t or they haven’t gotten a refund, yet I’ve seen this company reply to customers upset by the delays saying “We’ve gone ahead and canceled and refunded your order” without the customers permission. I didn’t want to post this review at risk of them deciding to cancel my order, but now I want to cancel my order as there is no end in sight to this wait. The company needs to do more than just saying “Sorry”

I ordered, order # MO25489, on December 7th after numerous emails and writing customer service and contacting my credit card company i finally got a phone call on December 19th from China that my order was being shipped, 12 days later. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my grandson. I also paid for expediting it an additional 14.99. 7 to 10 days. Well it is now December 28 th, exactly 21 days since i olaced the order, it has been shipped, gone around the world, it is stuck in Whittier, California. Waiting for the us mail to pick it up to go to Colorado! Us mail!!!! I paid for expedited mail that is not us mail. Needless to say it hasn't made it to Colorado, its almost next year! They take the money charge for expediting and then the package is in some other state 1800 miles away in some post office. That was over $120.00 dollars spent on a Christmas gift that is not here. Check your own shipping on your priducts and make sure they are coming to your customer. Because we havent gotten the priduct!

No communication past the initial: yes, we got your order and here is what we charged you. When I finally did receive the product,it seemed that everything was in order. All the parts were well labeled in separate little plastic bags. The instruction manual was sufficient to be able to put the model together. When we started to build this robot model is when I became so disappointed at the poor way the pieces were made and didn’t fit together. We would be better off getting a bag of random screws and bolts and make something out of those. What a waste of money! I paid so much for this? That is when my disappointment turned into anger! There is 0 customer service. No refund or replacement after you open the box. It doesn’t matter that the parts are broken. You opened the box, it’s on you. I will never purchase anything from Mostarle and I will warn people from this company. I consider it a scam since the portrayed product does not match what they send in the box. I wish I could give it 0 stars to warn other people

Purchased on December 3rd. Shipped on December 26th. This is a joke.
