Very Bad, never use there service

This is an excellent service. It makes your life ssssso much easier! Why having to disburse a significant amount of money for a deposit if you can avoid it? I felt that it made so much sense to me simply using the money for something else! Easy, user-friendly, painless, ...in short absolutely GREAT!!!

Was able to save a large amount of money, by not paying a deposit. Obligo is a great feature and I am glad it was there when I needed it.

Avoid Obligo at all costs. I am trying to cancel my account from auto-renewing after using this service for one year, and Obligo will not let me cancel the account through the website or customer service. They told me I am only able to cancel my account through my property manager, who herself is very unresponsive. I find it unbelievable I cannot cancel my Obligo account or payment through Obligo.

Recommended. Was able to apply and authorized in matter of minutes!! Without spending i big amount of money upfront as deposit! Wasn't aware of this feature but i think can help on expenses when moving.

Highly recommend to renters who are looking to save some money on deposit. The process is extremely easy and user friendly.

This is the first time that I've used Obligo and I love that I don't have to have my money tied up in a security deposit that is typical when renting an apartment. Love it!
