Great product

No indication that the order would take weeks to fulfill, poor communication, no one answers the phone, seems impossible to cancel the order. Total sham of a company.

Fraud. I received confirmation of my order with the correct UPC code of the correct product. But, what I was sent was a DIFFERENT product with DIFFERENT packaging and a DIFFERENT formulation and a DIFFERENT UPC code. I tried that product before & knew I did not like it so that is why I did not order the product they sent. I ordered the product I wanted. They confirmed the correct product, but sent the wrong one anyway. Tried to contact them by phone X3 but could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. They did not respond to email either.

I was happy my order came in a timely manner. I especially liked the way you packed the items in the box. Thank you!

Slow compared to amazon prime

They took way too long before shipping it out. The post office held our shipment for three days before even delivering it?

Shipment arrived very damaged. Sent the company a note and got no response

Slow, slow, slow, with no explanation why. Do not order if you are in a hurry. But prices right and they do let you know when it eventually ships.
