So happy to find my vitamins here and service was speedy

The order was filled efficiently and the product came quickly. The only thing that concerned me was the tubes of face wash were just in a shipping bag. I would have liked to have seen them in a box so they had less chance of being damaged. I am a former postal worker and saw this kind of thing too much while working. I have a complaint and claim at the same time, I received the box with the products but these were 2 broken and the box was all wet. I believe that I paid for the products and it was not cheap, so that they arrived in perfect condition and not damaged like you sent them to me. I don't know how to get you to respond to me for these inconveniences.

I ordered 10 bottles and received 9. I sent an email 3 days ago and haven't heard back from the company. I would like the 10th bottle or a refund for the one missing bottle.

You sent me the wrong item. I tried to call and voicemail was full. I sent an email and no response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! With customer service like that I don't know why you would ask for a review. I would like a phone call to rectify this. I either want the correct product or a full refund.
