NameCraneReviews of namecrane.com

I ordered reseller hosting, and I must say: I’m really impressed. The price is excellent, the servers have very powerful hardware, and the support team responds very quickly. So far, I’m extremely happy with this hosting provider— I’ve used many providers over the years, but this is truly one of the best I’ve ever had.

I used to work in the hosting industry as a technician for one of the top hosting companies before they were bought out, so I have very high support standards that I have never had any other hosting company actually meet or exceed. Namecrane never disappoints. I've never had a bad experience. Their technicians are top notch, they read the ticket and they resolve the issue. They don't send a response to improve their numbers asking for information that was already provided like literally every other host I have tried over the years. I'm a bit outdated so sometimes I need some explanation because I've been out of the industry so long. They always provide the information I need. I can't recommend them more and I can only hope that in the future the standards that I have for my own company will be on par with NameCranes. I have no desire to use any other hosting service.

I've been using NameCrane for email hosting for a few months now and I'm really happy with it. The service has worked perfectly - fast and always available. I had a couple of small problems, but support helped with them quickly and well. It's a great deal for the price and I'd definitely recommend it!

these guys are top notch . for the price the service and support can not be better. always great service and always kind .

I like the service because it is very helpful for small businesses.

Make fun to work with this guys.

I'm really happy with the level of service and performance at NameCrane. They have an awesome team and get to fixing issues if there are any in a timely manner. I also enjoy being in the Discord and being trolled by a guy named "Ryan." he's great.

I am brought reseller hosting from namecrane.com. My website was suspended, and I reached out to support via ticket. The response time was unacceptably slow, it took 10 hours to get the first reply, and after I responded, I had to wait another 15 hours for an update. Even after all this waiting, the issue remains unresolved. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for any hosting provider.
