My wife I purchased urtopia bikes and we love them! They make going up hill easy. The service has been extremely exceptional. I lost a part on one of the bikes and emailed urtopia and they sent me an extra part at no cost. That type of service is almost none existent these days.

Reece was very helpful in two separate accommodations with my new e bike through Urtopia. First, it was awesome to receive a backrack for the bike after the purchase - which was free. And then, after I awkwardly folded the bike the wrong way to put in my car (and it snapped off the bracket that supports the front headlight! - ugh :( ), Urtopia sent a new bracket. (The tech was very helpful at the place I bought it in MA, B&B Bike, and had put on the rack, and also offered to replace the bracket.) Although I'd offered to pay for the piece that I broke, Urtopia sent it free of charge. So far, I am loving my new ebike! My knees really appreciate it on the hills that make it harder for us older folks. Back to biking again. :)

I needed a charger for my Carbon Joy, which was not listed under the accessories page on the Urtopia website. Customer Service was quick to respond and said they would mail one to my home since I am an hour + to the nearest dealer. Would be 5 stars if this product could be available on accessories page. Thank you!

The support has been stellar and the bike is awesome. I love how light and smooth and stable it rides. I highly recommend this bike.

Bike is great. Half the weight of my Mtn Bike. We live in central pa where the roads are quite hilly. The Urtopia makes the hills rideable. I drive it to work every nice day.

Reached out to customer service on a question about the rear bike rack on the carbon classic. Customer team helped to resolve the issue.

The support I was given was fantastic. I sent a message explaining what was going on and the next day I had a reply. Reese was so kind and helpful, he was right on with my question. Great customer support!

Urtopia has a great product and even better customer service. There was a problem with my accesory package and Urtopia immediately made it right. I am almost 80 years old and absolutely love my new bike. My previous 55 pound e bike was getting too heavy for me and my carbon fold ST is exactly what I needed.
