Reece was great in replying to my two email questions. Had to send a video for one that took a little longer to get a reply but that was understandable. Was also impressed that if one issue required a bike shop visit Urtopia was going to reimburse me for the cost. Luckily didn’t need that.

I purchased a bike I thought would meet my needs. The bike didn't. When I contracted Urtopia about a return they asked if I would consider an exchange. I said I would if I could make changes to the proposed other bike. They worked with me on how to make that happen. The exchange was seamless. These folks are awesome

We bought two bikes in June. Had a problem with one the chargers and contacted support. Support was very helpful and timely in their diagnosis and resolution of our problem. 5 🌟's !

I managed to ruin the connector to the controller in my first week of owning a bike. After some trouble shooting by email, they agreed to send me a new controller (the connection isn’t replaceable) with the connector on it. Stella did everything she could to help me through getting the part at no expense to me. They have very good service and I appreciate how they are actually concerned for their customers. I’m very pleased with this company.

I needed to update my new order and contacted customer support. The response was quick and the order was adjusted as requested. I contacted them again immediately after I received their reply when I realized there was an accessory I wanted to add (a throttle) and the adjustment was also made almost immediately. Very satisfied with the transaction and quick and effective customer service from the representative Stella. Looking forward to receiving the ebike I purchased (a Step-Thru Folding Ebike) and enjoying the experience of using it.

Very helpful, easy to reach and quick response from Urtopia Trust Pilot. I reached out to them about my problem with the helmet’s visor which had a small blemish and I was inquiring to see if I could purchase a new visor. They listened to my concern and were so nice enough and very quickly solved my dilemma. I wasn’t expecting that very fast response and very grateful to the Trust Pilot team. On top of having a great Urtopia Carbon Classic e-bikes which is the lightest ebike of them all, is a great team that supports and guarantees their product. I recommend this to all people who’s looking for a great experience on purchasing an e-bike backed by a great customer service.

Great product! Carbon One Pro, have logged close to 3000 miles since purchasing. Bike allows me the ability to get out for long rides with the ability to use the electric function when needed but doesn’t allow me to cheat and not peddle. Smarthub tracks speed, peddling effort distance and has many other features. When any issues have surfaced the Urtopia support staff has been there to assist and correct issues. Great all around bike with great support when needed.
