Did not like any of the scents I ordered. The fragrances did not last in the lotion or room sprays and soap. I usually get decent fragrances. These were not good at all. Sorry, but they all were a miss.

I was excited to get the copy fragrance that is hard to find in an oil, but it's very thin and the fragrance hardly comes through. The smell is not strong and doesn't do anything.

The fragrance oils were nice but so disappointed because they sent me the wrong scent! I ordered black saffron and got black chamomile instead.

Scent was ok processing took 2 weeks before they even sent a tracking number and for that reason I’ll never order from them that’s ridiculous I don’t recall seeing shipping could take 2 weeks I would have never ordered BUT as stated the scent was ok the shipping was a problem for me.

you have great scents but your shipping is very delayed

I was really disappointed that despite my reaching out for urgent order needs, as the order info stated to, I never received a response. This was ordered last week and was shipped too late. I needed it before now and it just shipped today. Had they at least contacted me and said that they couldn’t ship when I needed it, I could have appreciated that and decided accordingly. I was curious how the customer service was since I was in a jam. Unfortunately it didn’t match my needs. Won’t be ordering again.
