Customer service is great and the product (POWDER NuVet Plus Canine) is excellent. We began using it for our new lab puppy two years ago and are now also using it for our 10-year old english bulldog. Her coat and energy have never been better!

I like the regular deliveries. I don't like the inconsistent product. Some bottles have tablets are so soft that they crumble and there is the equivalent of 2-3 tablets of dust in the bottom. Others are so hard that they are almost impossible to break. Some are fine. With that type of Quality Control, I wonder if the active ingredients are also that variable.

Because we do this, you will see differences in color, texture, odor, and other characteristics from lot to lot. We know some customers will have concerns about these differences, but to uphold the highest quality possible, we avoid artificial colors and binders that will cover up these differences. The product you have has been tested three times for its potency, purity, and safety before being shipped to you. Because of this, we have never had a batch recall in 25 years! We are proud of that and are confident that this lot stands up to the quality we demand and you deserve.

Never used the website but the customer service is excellent and very professional, courteous and helpful over the phone. We’ve been using NuVet products for 17 years. We use the multivitamins and the joint pills. Our dog loves them and thinks they are treats. 😂

My Black Lab loves NuVet Labs' dog vitamins and I love the results I see on him. His hair is deep black, very shiny and soft. His overall health is perfect. As active as a Labrador Retriever can be in a lake, mud etc., etc like when we took him to a dog park near home last summer. He played with other Labs and dogs of other breds to his heart content all day. We arrived home tired almost dead of exertion but my pup wanted more. I also gave the NuVet dog vitamins to our beloved Chipi who lived 16 long years with us. I got the same great results with him, He was disease free and very active for the most part of his long life. I highly recommend NuVet dog vitamins for your pup.

I think the products are great but the website is not as great. Every time I order the same thing happens and I get two orders. I have to applaud customer service for knowing what happened and making it right. I have been a customer for 9 years and other than allergies, our sweet girl is great.

Nuvet always delivers right on time with a helpful email prior so I know the vitamins are in the mail. My Lab had been on them since day one and she is turning 8 tomorrow. The Vet says she is more like 8 months than 8 years because she is energetic, in perfect health, and has not changed at all from being the happiest girl in the world. Nuvet is the best company I could ask for as they are so kind and helpful throughout all of these years. They even sent sympathy cards when my 2 previous dogs passed. I truly highly recommend this company. I will never switch to any other one! THANK YOU!

Nuvet is awesome! My dogs (Old English bulldogge & Mastiff) take the vitamin daily and as my dogs age the joint medicine has been such a help! I love knowing I’m doing all I can do keep my dogs comfy. Plus customer service is always on point!
