Awful customer service and refund/return policy- I was on auto-ship, and my dog stopped liking the product and would spit out the vitamin- something we can’t control. We received an auto-ship shipment and upon doing so, I find out that only 80% is able to be refunded and the customer has to pay for shipping OR 50% refund to keep the vitamins for donation. It is also not an option to easily cancel an auto-ship subscription on the website through your account but rather you need to call. This company is just trying to take and keep as much money as possible with zero regard to the customer and pet! Why would I want to donate vitamins to someone else for a company that we will no longer buy from with awful customer service and return policies?! Do not recommend. Especially auto-ship.

My nine year old dog has improved quality of life since starting NuVet daily joint/vitamins. Her joints hurt less for she has gone back to playing ball! She is on the extra strength. Her one year old sister is on the daily joint and vitamins. We plan on breeding her and can't help to think her internal organs can only benefit from such a great product. She has grown to be in perfect shape and very muscular. Highly recommend both products.

Nuvet pet vitamins have been essential for our dog, and now again for our new puppy.

We were introduced to Nuvet when we got our Lab puppy in 2020, right when COVID hit. Her breeder highly recommended Nuvet daily vitamins and gave them to all of their dogs, who had beautiful, healthy coats, so we decided to continue with them. Six years later, our Lab’s coat is still gorgeous and incredibly soft. Her eyes are bright, and she hasn’t had any health issues—not even an ear infection, which all of my other Labs experienced as they grew up. Thank you, Nuvet, for helping keep our Lab healthy and happy! We truly appreciate it and will continue using your vitamins.

Good product and auto shipping makes it easy to not miss dosing
