The website is easy to navigate and to build whatever kind of glasses you want. Shipping was fantastic. Great quality product.

Still gave them 5 stars but the glasses came on Monday when date on order said the Friday before, paid extra for what I thought was a Friday delivery date. Bought them for a weekend getaway and didn’t have them. But overall great process.

I don't know what has happened to Oakley products. I have used them since the early 90s and have had nothing but great experiences. Even back then the customer service for warrant issues, etc. was amazing. That seem to have changed dramatically over the last 2-3 years. The quality of the product has declined as well. I understand that this is a subjective view but the lense clarity from a pair I have from 2010 to the pair I just received is dramatically different. The build quality of the frame and arm connection has declined enough where I've had two pair have the arm fall off. I assure you that there has been no abuse to the last two pair. Come on Oakley!! What happened? I don't want to have to change brands to something unknown.

Great, experience. Ordering process was easy and flawless. However, I did notice that the customization options were not as numerous as before on some models of sunglasses. Thanks for the consistently high level of quality and care.
