Love the Watch and it arrived as shown but... I had asked the watch band extended for sizing and fave measurement but when got watch too tight. Only contact by email.

You don't typically get such a personalized and intimate level of service when buying products online nowadays...OMI is different. Walter Hoffman in particular has been a big help to me, and I'm sure I will use his services again.

This transaction happened just as it should have. The process was smooth and the merchandise arrived promptly (2 days).
