I originally received the wrong watch. I called the next business day and received a apology and emailed self addressed return label within a hours time . My original Rolex I chose was in my possession in 7 days ! It is absolutely Beautiful ! The diamonds are clear and great quality. I could not be happier with the watch or excellent customer service !
